Happy 2013 everyone!! I hope the first week of the new year has gone ok. I have restarted my link love posts that I used to do in effort to share some of the great reads around the web. I will post one each Friday. Below is what caught my eye this week? What caught yours?
This weekend my hubby and are heading to the new James Bond movie for date night (I got a Groupon) tonight and tomorrow a couple friends are coming over for dinner (Mexican night) and some games. We haven’t had a chance to see them in a while so we are looking forward to catching up. What do you have planned?

We’ve not seen the new Bond film, though it does look good. I took my wife to see the Hobbit on opening weekend as she’s a huge Tolkien fan…I wish I had those three hours of my life back.
I always liked the old Bond movies and the new ones seem decent. Any action movie on the IMAX screen is usually good. I haven’t seen the Hobbit but then fantasy movies aren’t really my thing.
woooh a date with the hubby AND James Bond
Enjoy Miss T!
Thanks. It should be fun. One of our goals this year is to make more time for each other.
Great set of links! I love the post on 13 Ways to Start the New Year Right. I shall check the other posts this weekend. Thanks for the suggested reading.
You are welcome. I hope you enjoy the rest.
Thanks for the blog mention! Enjoy the movie-I still haven’t seen it yet.
You are welcome. I will let you know how it is.
Wonderful links Miss T. I love the “13 ways to start the new year right”. I always have this belief that how you start your new year will affect you whole-year round.
Great point. You did set a tone and energy for your actions going forward that would impact things months later. Never thought of that.
Thanks for the mention and happy new year to you too!
You are welcome. Have a great weekend.
Sounds like a fun night–enjoy!
I hope so. The challenge will be staying awake…lol.
I’ve heard great things about this Bond film, but I can’t say that I’m much of a Bond guy myself. I do enjoy unrealistic movies, but sometimes they just are way too far-fetched for me.
I hope you enjoy it though and thanks a TON for linking to my post.
You are welcome.
I am like that too. If they are too far fetched I don’t enjoy them that much. Guess that is why I am not into fantasy books or movies.
Happy New Year to you too and thanks for mentioning The Money Principle; I was looking forward to hearing how did you do on your last year’s words
.
I accomplished most of my goals but a few got postponed due to circumstances. I am though overall pleased with what I did do in 2012. 2013 should hopefully be another great year.
Ooooh have fun! We’re cleaning our bedroom….haha exciting. Have you heard about the Heineken controversy with this new Bond flick?
No I haven’t. What is the scoop?
