
Well, I don’t know about you but this week has felt very long and tiring. Both my husband and I have been feeling quite tired this week. Maybe our bodies are trying to fight off the bugs that are going around. We have been lucky so far…haven’t been sick once this year, including all 2010. In lieu of our lack of energy, I am seeking to find balance this week. If we only get 3 workouts in instead of 4, that’s ok. If the dusting and vacuuming gets pushed one day, that’s ok. Normally, I try to stay strict with our routine so things don’t pile up, but sometimes these small adjustments can make all the difference in getting through the week. We have a lot going on the next couple months so I am striving to keep this calm approach and find balance the next while.
