How many of us have a regular workout routine? How many of us find ourselves struggling to pull ourselves through a set of reps or to finish that last mile? Well, like a lot of you, I too have those days where I am tired, drained, and dread the gym.
One trick that I have found pulls me through is music. The right music can keep me going those few minutes longer. It can drive emotion, energy, and intensity.
